How Sedumx handles information

Data stored on this device

Tray names, pot size, variety chips, tag layout, overhead photos, optional voice notes, watering intervals, favorites, block lists, report identifiers, and Sedumx Coin balances stay in local storage on your device.

Clear All Data in Me removes this local garden. Plaza sample cards may return after a clear; your own pots do not.

Camera, photos, microphone, notifications

• Camera captures a top-down tray photo when you choose to shoot.
• Photo library is used to import an overhead image and to save HD cards when you export.
• Microphone records optional tray voice notes. Recording is stored on device. There is no transcription service.
• Notifications deliver optional watering hints that you turn on. Hints use calendar days and a clock time you pick. You can turn them off per tray.

App Tracking Transparency

If iOS shows a tracking prompt, Sedumx may use the identifier only if you allow it, to measure whether App Store ads led to an install. You can decline and still use every feature. You can change this later in iOS Settings.

Purchases

Sedumx Coins are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. The app stores the remaining coin count on this device. Apple processes payment details. Coins are charged only after a successful export or unlock, not when you cancel a Photos save.

Community snapshots

Publish is optional and requires an overhead photo. A Plaza card stores the caption, planter display name, tray name, variety names, and the overhead image as an immutable snapshot. You may delete your own posts from this device. Reports hide a snapshot on this device. There is no chat, comments, follows, or storefront inside Plaza.
